At the moment each week on a Wednesday I send a reminder text to all those Clubs listing which of their teams have not submitted a team sheet. This has been to reduce the number of charges and subsequent fines raised against Clubs. To my knowledge this check and helpful reminder is not carried out by other Leagues. However, in the last few weeks this has meant consistently sending over 50 text reminders and in a lot of cases for the same teams.

So all competitive managers shoudl note that for the fixtures from Sunday 7 January 2024 I will only be sending missing team sheet reminders for the non-competitive age groups of U9, U10 and U11. If a competitive team at U12 and above has failed to submit their team sheet by the Thursday noon deadline they will be charged. All competitive managers at U12 and upwards can check whether their team sheet is visible by checking on the public Full Time website to see if the team sheet is missing (the below message is displayed). I am assuming that all managers check the latest league tables each week so it is just an extra couple of clicks to see the team sheet screen.
