Last weekend we joined with 100's of grassroots leagues across the UK to take part in the FA's National Silent Weekend Iniaitve. At the moment each week on a Wednesday I send a reminder text to all those Clubs listing which of their teams have not submitted a team sheet. This has been to reduce the number of charges and subsequent fines raised against Clubs. To my knowledge this check and helpful reminder is not carried out by other Leagues.
