We are pleased to announce a new BCFA iniative for our Club Welfare Officers (CWOs) to kick off the 2023/2024 season.
Nicki Sargood (BCFA YL CWO) has organised this special League CWO event in partnership with the Safeguarding team at Essex FA that will give CWOs a great opportunity to network and hear some important updates from the FA ahead of the start of the season.
The evening event is taking place on Tuesday 12th Septenber at Hashtag Utd FC, Barleylands Road, Billericay, CM11 2UD
We feel that strong relationships between CWOs will encourage appropriate and collaborative responses to misconduct at fixtures and help strengthen our grassroots community and really encourage all Club CWO's to try and make it along if you can.
