BCFAYL 2023/2024 Season

Next season we are planning to offer organised football for the following age groups:

Saturday Football

• U7 Boys/U8 Girls - Saturday Non-Competitve 5-a-side Festivals
• U8 Boys/U9 Girls - Saturday Non-Competitive 5-a-side Divisions

Sunday Football

• U9 Boys/U10 Girls - Non-Competitve 7-a-side Divisions and Cup Competition
• U10 Boys/U11 Girls - Non-Competitve 7-a-side Divisions and Cup Competition
• U11 Boys/U12 Girls - Non-Competitve 9-a-side Divisions, Cup Competition and End of Season Round Robin Trophy
• U12 Boys/U13 Girls - Competitive 9-a-side Divisions and Cup Competition    
• U13 Boys/U14 Girls - Competitive 11-a-side Divisions and Cup Competition   
• U14 Boys/U15 Girls - Competitive 11-a-side Divisions and Cup Competition    
• U15 Boys/U16 Girls - Competitive 11-a-side Divisions and Cup Competition
• U16 Boys/U17 Girls - Competitive 11-a-side Divisions and Cup Competition
• U17/U18 Mixed Age Group - Competitive 11-a-side Divisions and Cup Competition

Current Member Team Intentions

We are following a 3-stage process for current member club applications via the league web portal.  You can click here to access the login page:  Brentwood Community Football Alliance League Club Administration (leaguesystem.co.uk)

 

Stage 1 – Applications from Current BCFAYL Teams

Let us know which of your current teams would like to play in the BCFAYL next season by logging into your club page on the web portal (address above), going to the “Team Information” section and ticking “Yes” to confirm each individual teams “Intention to continue for next season.”

As long as you tick “Yes” by Sunday 14th May 2023 your teams place in the BCFAYL will be guaranteed for next season. 

 

Stage 2 – Applications from New Teams to the BCFAYL

 Let us know if you have any new teams that you would like to play in the BCFAYL next season by setting them up in the web portal as a new team.   Subject to a positive reference, we will be able to accommodate any new U7 to U11 team’s whilst for U12 to U18 teams we will need to assess whether we can accommodate them in the appropriate level division before we can confirm their place in the BCFAYL next season.

 

Stage 3 – Online Application form to confirm your teams after the AGM

Once all of your teams have been confirmed at the AGM you can complete your Club Application for 2023/24 by signing the League agreement and submitting the online League Application Form via the portal.
