With the season now underway across all age groups it is important that the League receive all the weekly information from team managers. On that basis the League would be grateful if you could remind all your managers at U8 upwards of the weekly administrative requirement for their weekly fixture.

1. When at Home, please update Full Time with the KO time ASAP (by Tuesday before the match at the latest). 
2. Both teams submit by text the result of the game that they have played by 6pm on the day of the game. This covers both Saturday and Sunday games.
3. If their fixture was postponed that they should submit a result of P-P.
4. Completing their team sheet in Full Time as soon as possible. The League will issue reminders from Tuesday. Managers are reminded once, then reminders are sent to Club Secretaries. This is done to limit the number of charges as the League target is to issue no charges each week for this.
5. Completing the sportsmanship marking with the team sheet. These are reviewed each week and action will be taken if a team continues to be given low marks.
6. A referee mark. If the referee is marked 60 or less then the manager has to send a separate report to the Fixture Secretary explaining the reason for the marking score. If this is not completed then the team may be charged.
7. When a fixture is released and the home team have confirmed their pitch availability can the manager update the KO time in Full Time to notify the league of the official match KO. Fixture KO times are initially set at 00:00.
